Ibew Provincial Collective Agreement

26.01 This agreement, which replaces all others, in writing, expressly or implicitly, is fully in force and effective from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 included. This agreement is automatically extended from one year to the next, unless one party gives the other party, in writing, within a period of no more than ninety (90) or less than sixty (60) calendar days until the termination date, for it to amend or terminate the contract. The first meeting must be scheduled within 30 days of the termination of the existing collective agreement. 10. 08 Employees install all electrical work in accordance with the current Canadian electronic code, construction contract specifications and all other provincial and/or municipal requirements that are applicable in a safe and professional manner. 1.1 The aim of this agreement is to define and maintain satisfactory hours, wages and working conditions for both parties, as well as orderly collective bargaining. The EU will inform the EU office of possible salt efforts.

24.01 Effective January 1, 2018 and during the balance of the duration of this collective agreement The employer pays the Union, during the last salary period of each month, an amount determined by the increase in the number of hours of work indicated in the timetable established in accordance with Article 23.01; at 28 cents (US$0.28), which, together with all other funds received from a source for this purpose, constitute, together with all the other means they receive for this purpose, the Union and association training funds managed in accordance with the loyalty contracts to be registered with the Union offices. 1.2 In the interest of promoting peace in the industry and eliminating work disruptions, all parties associated with this agreement respect and respect their terms and conditions. 25.01 The parties agree that, regardless of the positions announced before January 1, 2018, regardless of the positions announced before January 1, 2018, the provisions of the previous collective agreement may be processed until the conclusion.
