26.01 This agreement, which replaces all others, in writing, expressly or implicitly, is fully in force and effective from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 included. This agreement is automatically extended from one year to the next, unless one party gives the other party, in writing, within a period of no more than ninety (90) or less than sixty (60) calendar days until the termination date, for it to amend or terminate the contract.
